Day 2 Harrisburg East Campground - and visit to Gettysburg National Battlefield
Day 3-4 Bull Run Regional Park, Manassas , Virginia
Day 5-6 Charlottesville KOA
Day 7-9 Omni Charlottesville for Rhodes Class of 1965 Reunion
Day 10-11 Jordan Lake Sate Park, Durham, NC and visit to Dennis and Diane Blair
Day 12-15 Hilton Garden Inn, Charlotte Airport - to fly to Colorado Springs for the annual meeting of the Dakota Foundation
Day 16 Lakewood RV Resort, Flat Rock, NC
Day 17-18 Ceders of Lebanon State Park, Lebanon, TN- visit with John and Carol Knubel
Day 19-20 US Space and Rocket Center RV Park, Huntsville, AL- also golf at Robert Trent Jones Trail
Day 21 The Backyard RV Resort, Montgomery, AL- visit to Slavery Museum
Day 22 New Orleans KOA and visit to National World War II Museum
Day 23 George P. Cossar Sate Park, Oakland MS ( disappointing state park, not well kept )
Day 24-25 White River Campground Flippin, AK- fishing the White River , OK but not worth a return
Day 26 Warrior RV Park, Tulsa, OK - a forgettable experience
Day 27 Elk Creek RV Park, Elk City, OK- nice little city
Day 28 Santa Rosa Campground, Santa Rosa, NM
Day 29 Santa Fe Skies RV Park, Santa Fe.NM- we needed another day here
Day 30 Mesa Verde RV Resort, Mesa Verde, NM
Day 31-32 Seven Mile Parking, Moab, UT- campground was only adequate but Moab and Arches National Park were impressive
Day 34 Aspen Grove RV Park, Trementon, UT
Day 35 Gem State RV Park, Mountain Home, ID
Day 36 Burns RV Park, Burns, OR
Day 37 Crown Villa RV Resort, Bend, OR
Day 38-40 Bandon Wayside Motel and RV Park, Bandon, OR- campground was convenient but the town and Bandon Dunes golf was truly memorable
Day 41 Lincoln City KOA, Lincoln City, OR
Day 42 Cape Disappointment State Park- the site of Lewis and Clark's winter quarters is a rugged, beautiful state park
Day 43-45 Carrie and Greg's place in Chimicum, WA for family reunion
Day 46 Emily, Andy and Connor's place on Bainbridge Island,WA to continue family reunion
Day 47 Suntides Golf Course RV Park, Yakima, WA
Day 48-50 Wolf Lodge Campground, Coeur D'Alene, ID
Day 51 Ekstrom's Stage Station, Clinton (Missoula), MT
Day 53-54 Lewis and Clark State Park, Whitehall, MT- gorgeous valley, lovely site
Day 55-56 Bear Canyon Campground, Bozeman, MT
Day 57-62 Red Cliff Campground, Big Sky Montana- beautiful campground on Gallatin River about forty miles north of Yellowstone. This was the jumping off point for our four days in Yellowstone with Rod and Pam Rempt- the highlight of our trip; note: we visited about ten days before the terrible flooding. This flooding was driven by the Gallatin River, which also wreaked havoc in the campground where we had stayed.

Day 64-65 Medora Campground, Medora, North Dakota- home of the Theodore Roosevelt National Park in the North Dakota Badlands, a gem
Day 66 Jamestown Campground, Jamestown, ND
Day 67 Crow Wing Lake Campground, Brainerd, MN
Day 68 Spirit Mountain Campground, Duluth, MN- big mosquitoes
Day 69 Grand Marais RV Park, Grand Marais, MN- lovely small town on beautiful bay of Lake Superior
Day 70 Thunder Bay KOA, Thunder Bay, Ontario
Day 71 Penn Lake Campground, Marathon, Ontario
Day 72 Wawa RV Resort, Wawa, Ontario- wawa is the indigenous word for large goose
Day 73 Sault Ste Marie KOA, Sault Ste Marie, Ontario
Day 74 Villa Maria Campground, Sudbury, Ontario- run by a Ukranian-Polish minister who is also an accomplished gardener
Day 75-76 Algonquin Provincial Park Lake of Two Rivers
Day 77 Rideau River Provincial Park, Ontario
Day 78-80 Sally's brother Mike and his wife Izabel at their home in Laval, Quebec
Day 81 Parc du Mont, Lac Megantic, Quebec
Day 82 Home- October Farm, Cumberland,Maine
